Hi, My name is Suhas, and my airtel number is 9901652588.
I have observed strange behavior from airtel in deducting the main balance amount.
On DEC 13 2012 i have lost Rs. 76, immediately I called the customer care and they failed to find a reason why it happened, and said they will registered a complaint & balance will get refund in 2 days. Almost every day i used to call them, and answer I was getting the same answer. Moreover there were no complaint numbers also, every time when I asked for the same I was told I will be getting the complaint number on my mobile number through SMS which never happened.
Meanwhile, today again my mobile balance got deducted around Rs. 100+ , sorry i don't remember the exact amount this time, for no reason.
Now I don't want to repeat the same nonsense with airtel guys. I just need the balance right back..

Hi my name is manish kotwani & ma no. is 9766813581.Yesterday i dnt knw why but my balance deducted for LIVE ARTI a vas pack which i didnt activated .simultaneously 3 othr vas packs also got activated.I wanna ask airtel concerned why will i pay rs.3 per day for aartis.Today i recharged my cell with RS.67 msg pack but still my msgs are being sent with a1 rs.rate.....the customer support executive arent responding...i dnt want my money back but i think a neccesary action should be taken.We are not fools to be made....
