I wished to have a better mobile pre-paid connection with Reliance. That's why I went on 26-may-2012 at Reliance World,Aundh, Pune rather that any other agent outlets of Reliance and I submitted my documents
along with customer application form there at Reliance World,Aundh, Pune on the same date. Since it's Mobile Number Portability, it needs MNP application form, where I can provide my UPC code. But unfortunately there was no MNP application form and Reliance guys told me to fill-up a general pre-paid CAF and submit it with UPC code mentioned over it. The my application was verified al least two Reliance guys there. And at the end of this now (from my application date to today), it's irritating, disturbing, annoying, frustrating...interactions with Reliance. So far it is not ported-in Reliance Network.
Let me mention here the lists of incidents happened to me so far. Following calls were related to my complained raised with Appellate Authority of Reliance Communication(Rcomappellateauthority.MH@reliancead a.com). => I received call from Reliance (02230326200) 04-06-2012 at 02:28 PM. It was a lady who was enquiring about the complaints. I told her every bit of my MNP application. She said that she will be looking into it and informed that my application is in process.
=> Again I received call from a different lady (Someone Neelam/Neetu) from 02230388366 05-06-2012 at 12:00 PM asking the same thing and was arguing about why I submitted a complaint with Consumer Court.
=> I got a call from Reliance (07930333232) on 06-06-2012 at 11:55 am. It was a auto-generated IVR type call. It informed to again to go to nearest Reliance World and to submit all documents along with Customer Application Form.
=> Again I received call from 02230388366 06-06-2012 at 12:08 PM and it's the same story. I asked that as per TRAI rules, MNP application should be processed within 7 days. The lady was telling like sometimes it usually takes more than 7 days and other non-sense, unjustified argue. Guess, this lady has not sufficient knowledge to be in her post. If this call was recorded, I could provided you with more details. But unfortunately I didn't record it, because I was in office and I had office commitments.
=> Again I received call from 02230326200 06-06-2012 at 06:05 PM for two times and this time the I was told that my MNP application is invalid without any specific or proper reason. When I enquired about the specific reason, this lady told that she had no further information. This is Reliance. This is how our keeps going.
=> Again today (08-June-2012) I got a call from the same lady (02230388366) from reliance communication asking me to again submit CAF and photos and documents freshly. I choose to keep silent, but in my brain it's like missiles were blasted.
=> Again today (08-June-2012) got a call from a guy from Reliance (Maharashtra Circle) 02030346099 and enquiring the same complaint. When I asked him why these many calls for the same complaint, then this guy told me some inside story that all the hell begins when my current mobile connection is being mistaken as Airtel instead of BSNL. Here just FYI, I actually submitted MNP application form from BSNL pre-paid to Reliance GSM pre-paid connection. He was also asking me to submit CAF with my documents one more time. But when I deny to submit those again, he said that he will inform DOT (Department of Telecom) that customer has no such requirement.
There are limited words to express my anger, my helplessness, my irritation. What is this ??? They usually charge for SIM card and processing charge and later said that information is not valid. Why this should be at the first place ?
Look at the fact, when I went on 6th June at Aundh, Pune; they said application is in process and Neelam, Reliance Comn, Mumabai said it's rejected because of invalid information.
One more thing when I went there at Aundh on 6th June, Reliance guys (Someone Mohit) said that we had lots of application at this month end and we were not able to submit all the forms at one go and that's why it's(form submission with documents) being delayed.
Now, who will pay for the inconvenience caused to this ? Who will refund the cost for SIM card which I got from Reliance ?
Is this the way Reliance is engaging to income money and harass common people ?
As a common people of India, I want justice. My only hope that most respected Consumer Court will do something in this regard and I am sure about that.
This is a clear indication of lack of process...lack of fail system...lack of adherence to TRAI policies etc.
