This is regarding my mobile number portability application to Reliance GSM Pre-paid connection.
I applied for it on 26-May-2012 and submitted customer application form along with my documents like xerox copy of driving licence, pan card, electric bill receipt for current month. Also I filled-up one form which if for outstation customers by mentioning my room rent owner name and another local referece(I gave my colleague's number).
I submitted all these documents and form at Shop No 1 Kalptaru Enclave, Near Kaka Halwai, D P Road, Aundh, Pune - 411007 on 26-May-2012.
Later I got one SMS from "RM MNP"on 29-May-2012 as "Dear Customer, we have received your request to enroll mobile no. 9860021520 in Reliance Network. It will be processed shortly. Reliance"
I told during application that to process my request quite urgently as this is my only number.
But after repeated calls to Reliance customer care for MNP 18001003333 and +(91)-(20)-32345057, Reliance World, Aundh; my MNP request is not processed.
In the meantime, I am unable to recharge my mobile number with my current subscriber. Because once MNP is prcessed, my balance will be void with new subscriber.
As per TRAI regulations, MNP application should be processed within 7 days. And in my case already 7 days is over and my mobile number is yet to be ported in Reliance Network.
So, I want a proper justification from Reliance in this regard.
