Reliance postpaid data card bill harassment

    Default Reliance postpaid data card bill harassment

    I purchased a post-paid reliance data card and it worked for a few months but slowly there were frequent disconnections or very slow connectivity. Eventually, we were totally unable to connect to the net in spite of paying the bills on time. The dongle was lying idle for over 4 months but bills were generated every month and we finally paid all the dues and terminated the services as of 12/04/2012. But we still keep receiving bills and recently even a legal threat asking us to pay rs.1058. When we called customer care they confirmed that we had to pay in spite of the termination. I don't want to pay when I have not received any services. Please help.

    sir actually my name is venu but someone calling me from reliance and telling tht i have the due and there are telling that my name rajesh guptha so how can i pay the bill of rajesh guptha

    Angry Litigation Notice sent

    I had purchased net connect in 2011 and used it for not more than 4 months. I had to cancel the connection as due to frequent disconnection and poor network. The customer care was never able to help. At the end I went to a relience shop and asked to make it work. They couldnt help. I gave my disconnection letter, my data card, and INR 900 (balance due was abt 850) and asked them to cancel my connection and walked off. I was very angry and at that time I dint realize that people will be misusing this. From next month onwards I started receiving calls asking for payment of bill. Inspite of telling the 100times to send the details of what is due, I did not receive even one mail stating clearly what the INR 1883 they are asking me to pay for. I have moved my residence. So I did not receive any mails that was being sent. But two days back I received the below email,

    "To,

    NAGAPURA,WEST OF CHORD ROAD NEAR MODI HOSPITAL BANGALORE,BANGALORE,
    PIN:560086
    Sub: Pre Litigation Dispute between M/s. Reliance Communication
    Infrastructure Ltd. And yourself with respect to Non-Payment of Service
    Charges due.

    It is noticed that there is a dispute between yourself and M/s. Reliance
    Communication Infrastructure Ltd. Bangalore regarding amount due payable by
    yourself.

    The Applicant, M/s.Reliance Communication Infrastructure Ltd has requested

    I responded to this mail also stating as I am working I wont be able to come. But please give the details of the bill, I will pay. The experience with this company has been extremely tiring and has not left even a vestige of good feeling. Please let me know how to close this. If big companies stoop to this level to squeeze money from people, what can common citizens do.

    Default monthly bill copy

    I purchased a post-paid reliance data card and it worked for a past few months but i am not receive any paper bill or ebill. so, please send my data card monthly bill for paper or ebill. my Netconnect Mobile No :9344314005 and avoid my disconnection of this data card & using mobile sim card.
