    Default Vodafone unfairly charging for data plan

    Hi,

    Iam a corporate vodafone postpaid user for the past 4 years. On 20th April, I sent a request to corporate-del@vodafone.in to get dataplan activated on my iPhone. 2 days later, I got a message saying that dataplan has been activated. On checking, I got a message saying "cellular data not activated". On contacting customer care, they told me that I have to activate iPhone services. I asked them to activate but vodafone customer care was unable to activate. I personally visited the vodafone care store at Preet Vihar, Delhi but the executive had no clue how to activate this. Frustrated, I deactivated the service on 2nd May.

    When I checked the bill, Vodafone has charged for the entire period from 24th April to 2nd May. They said they will revert the advance rental but i have to pay the balance amount. This is unfair and frustrating. Being a corporate user, Iam getting less previlages than a normal user.Why should I be charged for something I have not used. Vodafone should revert the unfair charges.

    Exclamation Complaint against airtel prepaid, forcefully renewing SMS pack

    I had done recharge with 24 of SMS pack through paper voucher from recharge retail shop, after 10 days validity its renew by company automatically and had received amount from my main balance, If i want recharge SMS pack only for 10 days then why they forcefully activate on our mobile even we don't want it.formally it was not happening we were recharge SMS pack as we want with paper voucher.
    Simple thing if i want to recharge SMS pack of 24, i have to re-tailor rs 24 but if company is deducting 24 from my main balance, i have to pay for that Rs 30, then why i should do recharge from company?
    Today i had called customer care for query at morning they kept hold my phone for 1 hr while transferring to senior person, but had not solved my problem due to sever down, i done call them again at nite they cut my call while transferring to senior again. How we should solve our queries?
