This is related to the wrong information in my CIBIL report which has been sent by State Bank of India, Mumbai branch
This is in reference to my CIBIL report - Control number : 542550224

I have applied for a car loan and I was shocked to see that my CIBIL data showed a loan amount of 14.97 lakh taken as home loan from SBI A/C num 0031148882960 . Also I got to know from SBI that this loan was taken by some Gaurav Ramakant Malhotra whereas my name is Gaurav Malhotra and I am no where related to this loan.

I am not getting any support from anywhere, I have also raised a Dispute with ID D051202060 but whenever I call CIBIL to enquire about this, they ignore my call.

I am facing mental agony and harassment due to this as I am not able to get my loan and result is that I am unable to get my car.


Please help me correct the CIBIL data immediately and take corrective actions.
