    Default Charged Extra for Reliance NetConnect Broadband stick

    Hi,

    My name is akkshay satish patil, I am from nasik. I have brought a Reliance Broadband Netconnect stick from the Reliance store at Jail Road on 8th May 2012.

    The store had sent an executive whose name was Sameer Tambat, and he took Rs.1400/- from me for the netconnect stick and then delievered me the stick, later after two days I came to know that the stick costs only for Rs.1199/- only, which was published on their website.

    After that I called up the customer care, and even they confirmed the same and took my request for extra charges taken by the representative. Then I got a call from a Guy called Manohar Jadhav, who called me up saying that he is Customer care representative and then took up this complaint and said that it costs from Rs.1199 only and the rest of the money would be refunded to me, but since his commitment, it has been almost 15 days that I haven got any refund neither the sales guy turned anytime around at my place.

    I called up almost 4 times, the customer care rep told me that I would get the refund. But no one has provided me with the same, and also when I asked for the bill the store has not even given me the bill for my purchase.

    The most shocking bit of all this transaction was that even when we go to the authorised Reliance store, even those guys sale the stick at Rs.1400 only, where as the website and customer care says its at Rs.1199 only.

    I have been duped for Rs.200 and a device without bill, also if this same way the store is functioning then there is chance of big scam where they might be looting all customers Rs.200 extra.


    Please I would request the forum to look into this and take appropriate action for the same.

    My name is Akkshay Satish patil, my subscriber number is 9373694529.

    This stick is registered under my Dad's name- Satish pralhad Patil

    Problem :

    As mentioned on ur website, the stick costs for Rs.1199/- but your customer rep and reliance store sell it for Rs.1400/-.
    I had also raised a complaint and I got feedback from Nashik customer care Rep, that I ll get my Rs.201/- back, but its almost more than 3 weeks I haven't got my refund back, neither I have been provided my the bill of my purchase.

    I have been wasting my time and energy on this, plz get this matter solved asap.

    Thanks a lot for your reply.

    I have got my Rs.200 back, thanks for your quick action and response.

    Only the saddest part is I had to waste a lot of money and energy in it, which anyways I haven't asked for. But plz do check that such practises of selling the sticks at higher rate are not followed.

    thanks a lot for your quick response and action, I got my refund. But sad part is i had to waste my time, money and energy behind all this petty issues.

    Wud request you to keep a check on such guys and stores who might be selling sticks at higher rates than the designated prices.
