I have placed 2 orders on 14.04.2012 which are:
1.10237168 - WD Harddisk
2.10237166- Wireless mouse

These were not delivered in time of 10-15 working days, and they keep assuring me about delivery before 10th of may 2012.
After that, they do not pick my call. neither reply to my mails. The customer care only forwards my complaint each time but without any fruitful results.
After being harassed for so many days, i cancelled my order on 11.05.2012 by sending them a mail and also asking the customer care for same. They told my orders will be cancelled in 48 hours and money will be refunded with 7-10 days. But there is no response or reply from timtara. These people do not have courtesy towards customers and are shameless. They do not receive calls (08743038949-the number from which i received calls earlier in april) neither reply to mail.
Please help.
