    Default Tata docomo Legal Notice and No disconnection



    Hi,
    I moved out of the place and called up the TataDocomo guys to disconnect the connection. The connection was not disconnected for 2 months and they kept generating the bills. I even have the mail written to customer care regarding disconnection. Now I have received a legal notice for the payment due. I guess this is some sort of money making strategy where disconnection is so difficult that customer suffers.

    Default tata docomo case filed for non payment

    Hi,
    This is Shaikh here. I had asked the Tata Docomo guys to disconnect my services 3 months back. Now i directly get a call stating that a case has been filed against me for non payment of bill. Is this real ? I mean why haven't they disconnected my service? If i have not paid the bill for over 3 months, why jeep the service on ?
