i am using tata docomo 8793548047 and having monthly internet package. For last 4ew days there is deduction happening and calling customer care rceived that deduction for data usage and speaking customer care executive told that there are some paid sites selected and call disconnected and other executive told that services activated as flash message came up. This is really nonsense as no services are activated and still deductions. They don't have any evidence for the activation just cheating. i would like to file a complaint to trai on this.

I am also facing lot of problem using TATA DOCOMO, i have a plan 100rs for talking 1ps 2 sec plan for 3months, in between it automatically closed and opened another plan, i rechareged 100 rs again then now i am loosing 5rs for data usage and and 1 re for cartoon etc, again gave call n removed then now i am facing the 30 rs deduction for good mornign package something , here nothing i wanted but simlpy thrown on me, i called customer care they gave me 198 to get ur money refund that number is not picked at all,
pls help me this is very frustrating, is there any way we can come out of this non-sense?

sir, my number is 7411892091... i did't activate any of the additional packs... but i had received a message that includes u have been activated a special pack called laughterclub and they deducted rs 10 from my account... wat's this why are they cheating us like this...

I am writing this to you because i am fed up with calling innumerable customer care officers of tata docomo. I even spoke with a supervisor once. Still the problem is not solved. Calling customer care has become a daily routine for me. I am losing 1 rupee per day without any reason. I didn't even apply for any value added services. It just got activated in my number from nowhere. I have already deactivated such services many times by calling 155223. But still no change. I am becoming helpless. My only hope is to change the connection. Such an irresponsible mobile service in the country. I am fed up of calling customer care officers. When i call, they will say a WAP service is till activated in my number & that it will be deactivated within 4 hours & from tomorrow no deduction will be there and you will receive a confirmation message also. They will swear it. But still no messages & no effect. I am still losing my money. I expect an immediate action from your side in solving this problem! My number is 8904815025.

I am writing this post regarding fraud by tata docomo and its agents regarding deposit money of posta paid sim.
Last Monday , an agent of "ASPIRE INDIA MAN POWER SOLUTIONS & BPO" came to me and offered me 899 postpaid universal plan.
For that i gave him rs 1000 and my passport photocopy and electricity bill as address proof.
Its been week ,my sim hasn't get activated.They rarely pick my phone and if they did ,they told me that its technical problem from tata docomo.
Now i am fed of tehm and tata docomo services.
