I am using TATA docomo prepaid, mobile no. 8122335022 as recently this network has given one offer against recaharge of Rs.501, we can get 1600 minutes of local and STD talk time 4 GB data download and 200 sms per day.
After this recharge I have received 1600 minutes talktime
Now when ever I do a call the minutes gets substracted and the cheating begins here only. If I talk 3 minutes they are substracting 3.45 minutes, if I talk 2 minutes they are substracting 2.48 minutes like that for each and every call they are substracting more minutes than what I exactly talked. This I have complained in customer care for 3 times, for 1st instance they told that it is deducting correct only, in 2nd instance the customer care guy has told this problem is existing to all of them we are correcting the technical issue and it will be set right by today and he told that I will received service request number by evening and closed the call. on that day I have not received any SMS against this next day I have called to customer care (3rd instance) they told again the system is doing correct only and when I asked to give the complaint number they are rejecting in taking complaint on this and saying it is working fine we cannot able to give complaint on this and I can do or complaint where ever I want.
Coming to 4 GB usage. Previously it was working fine, after recharge when ever I go surfing it is giving error message that " retry time delay"
By this way this TATA docomo is cheating the customers, this has to be punished seriously that they cannot do again in future

Hi, This is Sandeep here from Chennai (9940559990-Tata Docomo), I have been using Tata Docomo for more than a year without any problem.
Recently I have recharged for 501 as per this offer I get 1600 mins free STD/Local talk time free. But when I make a call and speak for like 5 mins then 10 mins are deducted from my account. Double the money is deducted for any local/std call i make and this is a FRAUD.
I am repeatedly calling customer care 121 and explaining this problem, I see no response inspite of many complaints. In fact they claim this is correct only OR they says I will explain this problem to my seniors and they will get back to you..
In case the cheating of taking away double money for every call I make, I might need to switch over to some other company may be AIRTEL.
