I have placed an online order for a book with ICAI and it has been dispatched through BLAZEFLASH courier vide document number 117674971 to chennai on 14th april 2012

The consignment has again been dispatched for delivery on 16th april 2012 from chennai office and till date(7th may 2012) I havent received any message or mail regarding the status.

I have dropped a mail stating the above issues and those people did not even find time to reply.

I have never seen such a worst courier company anywhere so far. The book which i ordered was for my exams which are going to commence on 11th may 2012 and till date(7th may 2012) I haven't received it and even if I receive it today it is not going to serve the purpose.

There were lot of numbers available for contacting BLAZEFLASH couriers and none of them attended the call so far. Please find below the list of numbers to which I contacted. I spoke to MR PRAVEEN and even he could not provide me a solution till date.

One more point which really pricks me is that these people are not even able to deliver a book within India and I really wonder how they sustain in the market with such a poor service.

I strongly believe this platform would certainly understand the pain of a consumer who has been very very dejected and I hope you would be able to provide a strong and effective solution for the above issue
