VVIP Adresses is not refunding my booking amount to the tune of Rs. 2,25000 , not even part of it after cancellation of my allotted unit. I could not make the payments scheduled as my loan could not get sanctioned in time. So, now they are cancelling the unit which is fine. But am I not entitled to any refund after the cancellation because of such a reason.
