    Angry Expried food product

    i hope that some realy action will be taken so i am complaint going to do its not frist time its secound time happen in same store same product and same person so i want see forum can do any thing or not 2month back i taken from phonix big bazaar bangalore food item chikki pkt but when i consum i find its expried so i call the big bazaar people and infrom they came and appologies to me so as a human being i excuse them but on 16th sep on shopping time i found the same product available there so i taken the product in my hand and infrom the same supervisor regarding these matter the same same person so its complette careless so i need necessary action as soon as possible product and the bill is with me

    sir, maine 25.8.12 ko study tabla big bazaar t. i maal indore (m.p) se purchase ki thi.Table ka mirroe 20 days ke baad bhi nahi fit kiya gaya hai.phone per aaj kal ,aaj kal kaha ja raha hai.Maine pura payment purchase time per hi ker diya tha .My bill no.0009847,approval code is 028730.Invoice no is T-6/83750.sir please sort out my problum as soon as possible.     Default Hidden charges on cash bill

    I have purchased some items from Big Bazar Calicut (Kozhikode) Kerala on 18 Sep 2012.

    After I made the cash payment for purchased items, I noticed, some amount has been entered on cash receipt (No. 0013837 dtd 18 sep 2012, at 16:50 Hrs)without mentioning the product name. When I enquired about this to customer care, the supervisor has informed me , that these are the price of carry bags. Goverment of kerala has been ORDERED (R ) ORDERED to collect baggage money from customer. Now my complaint/doubt is:-

    1) If a Government Order is there why it was not showed publically for the information of customer.? (whether it is a GO or Instruction from Government of Kerala, it is also to be displayed publicaly).

    2) Why this information (Carry bags are chargeable) is not displayed publicaly in the shop..?? (means hiding from customer)

    3) Why these details (Cover charges) are not mentioning on cash receipt clearly..?

    4) Why a customer (person) should pay for the publicity/advt of your group (BIG BAZAR). If at all customer is paying, it should be to plain cover without the advt of any brand or group.

    IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF BIG BAZAAR.ITS THE FIRST TIME THAT SOMEONE AT BIG BAZAAR HS MISBEHAVED WITH ME..ITS REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTING.
    I HAVE FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE BIG BAZAAR MEMBERS...
    1)WE WERE SHOPPING EVERYDAY FROM BIG BAZAAAR..WE HV BILLS WORTH Rs.2500 AS AN EVIDENCE..BUT THAT DAY WHEN WE WERE THERE TO BUT KURTIES ONE OF YOUR STFF MEMBER NAMED SUNITA SHARMA WHO WS AT THE TRIAL ROOM AT LADIES SECTION ACUSED US FOR COMING EVERYDAY TO BIG BAZAAR,SHE SAID-"KYA MAM AAP ROJ ROJ AA JATE HO YAHA."..I FELT VERY MUCH OFFENDED..I JST WANT TO KNOW THAT ARE THERE ANY RULES THAT A CUSTOMER CANT COME MORE THAN ONCE TO SHOP AT BIG BAZAAR????

    I WS VERY MUCH DISSAPONTED WITH THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF.I STRONGLY FEEL THAT I WAS INSULTED AT BIG BAZAAR AND THE NECESSORY ACCTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THE STAFF.KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION SO THAT THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS NOT DONE AGAIN WITH ANY CUSTOMER...ILL BE WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY....

    My card No is 9401 1547 0967 2407.
    I had recently transacted on Make My Trip under Booking Id IN1209B06976.
    I was told to approach you for getting the reward Points.
    My querry is -
    1. How many points are accrued to my account after this txn points are credited?
    2. How do I periodically check my account for the Balance.
    How do I add points for txns done in future, so that I do not trouble you every time.

    Default Product ( National Chairs bought from BIG BAZAAR ) worst quality product - Complaint

    I bought four number of National Chairs ( Plastic Chairs ) from BIG BAZAAR Aditya Mall ,Indirapuram Ghaziabad ,UP ,about three months back .It was a general perception to me that the items purchased from Big Bazaar are of high quality ,and therefore I do my regular shopping including grocery etc from nearby big bazaar .

    The perception made however proved to be wrong ,and to my surprise the chairs developed a defect after couple of weeks later .What started happening is that ,while a person is sitting on the chairs ,the legs of chairs start to spread slowly .Due to fear of falling down ,we started avoid siting into the single chair and make a stack of two chairs ,if required to sit .Last week my father visited our house and sat on one of the chair , unaware of the fact that they are problematic chairs .After couple of minutes later the chair's leg broke and he fell down with a thud .Fortunately he was supported by side wall of my house and closely escaped from a serious injury .

    It was really a bad experience with Big Bazaar product and forced me to make a judgement ,that there is no quality check done before buying products from vendors .Unfortunately I didn't keep the bill of purchase ,as I didn't anticipate the problem.Had I anticipated the quality of chairs ,I would not have made a purchase .

    I now request you to address the issue and refund the money or replace the chairs with good quality chairs ,as soon as possible.
