    Default BSNL 3g Data Plan Recharge

    Sir, As on 23rd April 2012 I had recharged my BSNL sim with Rs 750 for 5GB data usage as the bsnl site mentions 5GB of prepaid data usage on 750 rather than 1250 till 30th April 2012. The money was deducted from my account but the recharge did not happen. I called up their customer care service and they said that the offer was valid only till 31st march. But it is clearly mentioned on their website to be 30th April. I have taken a print out of the website as proof. Even if they had secretly withdrawn the offer, they should have refunded the amount, which they refuse to. Kindly look into the matter. My mobile number is 09462412552. This is high level cheating which should be stopped immediately.

    mere net ki speed slow aa rahi hai sim no.-9194610710 why maine 800 topup recharge kara hai......

    Default BSNL prepaid 3G data usage policy is not right

    I think BSNL is not transparent with the data usage policy. I had recharged my 3G Prepaid sim with 561 plan which gives me 5 GB for 30 day. To my shock it was exhausted in 4 days. I am using Huawei dongle which has Data usage counter . According to that I have downloaded only 3.5 Gb & uploaded 1.5 Gb. Still my pack got consumed.
    According to customer care person bundle data includes upload & download both. Is it true? Has anyone confirmed whether they are able to use the complete bundle data allotted.
    And as i was depending on my Huawei data usage counter I have also lost 550 value on my balance as according to BSNL my usage was over in 4 days itself & after that they have charged me Rs.2/Mb till my balance was null. The customer care person cannot tell me my day wise data usage so that i can cross check.
    Has anyone experienced the same problem? I think BSNL is giving customer less Data than committed in the pack.
