Sir, As on 23rd April 2012 I had recharged my BSNL sim with Rs 750 for 5GB data usage as the bsnl site mentions 5GB of prepaid data usage on 750 rather than 1250 till 30th April 2012. The money was deducted from my account but the recharge did not happen. I called up their customer care service and they said that the offer was valid only till 31st march. But it is clearly mentioned on their website to be 30th April. I have taken a print out of the website as proof. Even if they had secretly withdrawn the offer, they should have refunded the amount, which they refuse to. Kindly look into the matter. My mobile number is 09462412552.
