I bought HCL ME laptop on 31 Aug 2011 from Agra.
there was an offer on this product that time and that offer was "

but they have not yet send me the above listed items.
I have contacted them many times through email and customer care of hcl ..but they have not yet provided any solution.
they always say contact this no. that no. bt the no.s always switch off.
please consider my issue and provide me a solution as soon as possible.

I,Joy Ganguly,kolkata, am working in a service sector but what kind of behaviour i am getting from hcl customer care technical support which is rediculaous(customer care no-18601800425).I have hcl laptop whose serial no.4111AE824322.Few months ago i am facing a problem,Lhs both usb port is not working so i called at above mentioned cusomer care no.One technical person gave some suggestion thgough online about 35 mints,but the problem not solved,after that line is disconnect.So i called again (but i don't know the name of the person) another person took the call & listened the total previous activity.He told he will be called with in 10 mint but he did not do this so i called again & talked to last person whose name sonali,she told me it is lunch time after 1 hour they ring back me but no call come till now.My point of view is that if the problem can not be solve by them why they are taking my time & saying to wait for 10 mints & 1 hour..When we bye a product we only believe on the company if the employee of those company doing that type of behave it is not good for company.30/05/12 at about 12:21 pm,help desk no-8 & 4.
