    Default Worst Product and Pathetic Service

    Deals and you, a very famous but worthless ecommerce website. i ordered two HTC G1 mobile from this website amounting to 6999INR each. I received both the mobiles on the 19th of January 2012 in the morning at about 10 o clock. The receipt ad the name of the merchant "Infinity Global INC" from Hyderabad with no contact details. Obviously, I was too happy to receive the mobiles but to my horror when I switched them "ON", the android logo appears and then the screen does not move further. I assumed that the battery might not have been charged so i charged the battery for around 3 hours time however, the mobiles were as good as dead. So, I called up Deals&You to lodge a complain and also what is process further, what happens now. Now, these customer service people tells me very clearly that they wont be able to do anything about it and we have to contact the vendor. Since, i have taken these burden so i decided to contact the merchant on the numbers provided by Deals&You. As expected, they did not answer my calls, finally one day a lady picked up the call and asked me contact another number which I had already tried and no one answer, so i vented my anger on her and then she tells me to write an email to inficare@infiglobal.com. The very next day I get a call from a lady called "Pallavi Chindarkar" who tells me to send the products back so that they can replace the mobiles. So I told her very clearly that I do not want any replacement but I want my money back because I was a fool to order mobiles online without reading any reviews. I just want my money back, so she advised me to courier the mobiles back to them and they will process a refund which will take 21 days. She also sent me an email regarding the same. Now this whole process to get the above information took me 12 days. However, without wasting any time I went from one to the courier service to have the mobiles couriered but they do not take electronic items. Finally, I went to Blue Dart and explained the whole situation and they agreed,I insured both the mobiles because i did not trust anyone any longer, the vendor might say they never received the mobiles, this costed me 800 INR. On the next day itself the mobiles reached "Infinity Global INC, mumbai". Yes, Mumbai and not Hyderabad because it seems Hyderabad is there service center. So from the 1st of February till the 5th of February, everyday I use to call them to get an update, Someone by the name "Prashant Verma" from "Infinity Global INC" called me and told me that they have received the products and are processing the payment, there accounts team will call and get the details from me to send me a cheque. Another 5 days passed by and no call, so I called them again and then this same person "Prashant Verma" tells me that ACTUALLY, they would process the payment to Deals&You and they will refund me my money. He sent me email regarding the same. So I called Deals&You t tell them what as happened, now these people tells me to forward that email to them and to wait for 48hrs and I will get an update. 48 hrs passed by no info, another 5 days passes by no info and then I write a long email to "Infinity Global INC" and also to Deals&You accusing them that I will go to consumer court if I dont get me refund. I get a call from Mr.Prashant Verma telling me that I should call customer care of Deals&You they will process it for me as if I have not done that. When I tell him that i have called them number of times, he asks me to give their(Deals&You) contact number, AMAZING right!!!! these people are doing business together but don’t have their business partner’s contact details. The most funny part is, this ‘good for nothing fellow’ Prashant tells me that he has called Deals&You, the number provided by me and told them to refund my money. He tells me to call them again and they will help. I asked whom did u call, whats the persons name, he says that he did not take the name. So I asked him, do u think there is only one person waiting to take my call, he says "YES", WAT AN IDIOT!!!!!. I again wrote a threatening email to "Infinity Global INC" because that was the only way thing were moving a bit furter. This time I received an email from "Vanita Kharat" which was addressed to "Sandeep Shah" and copied to me. The email said that they have already processed the payment and to refund the customer as soon as possible, but the email did not ave any transaction ID or things like that. Now, the date is 22nd February, I again contacted Deals&You and spoke to a supervisor, now this lady asked me send the email once again to her and she will call me back within 24hrs. However, I did not receive any calls. Now the date is 28th February, I called them again, I spoke to a supervisor "Ruchika", who tells me that they never received any such email. I forwarded the mail 10times on the same day and then finally she received it and gave me a call. Ruchika assured me that she will follow up on my case and get me the refund as soon as possible.. Today is the 17th of March and till date Ruchika is still folowing up and I am still waiting. It has now become my daily duty to remind these people that I need my money back. 14000 INR is no joke. The reader can imagine how frustrated I am that I have the patience to write a review so long. Everyday my BP rises when I think about it. I am going through a mental harassment because of this company. I am so frustrated, depressed, angry that i am not able to think of anything else. Readers, if you can please provide me with a solution, I will really grateful.

    Thumbs down Defective piece sold by infinite global Mumbai

    I have purchased Akash Tablet from Rediff Shopping. Vendor was infinite global, a9, bonanza industrial estate, ashok road, kandivali east, mumbai – 400101 +91 9029144488. The tablet is defective. It is not functioning properly. Kindly advice what to do now?

    Angry mobile defective complain

    i buyied a sony ericcson mobile ph. in may but suddenly its charging jack comes out with charger.
    i called infinty global inc but they don't reciveing my ph calls.. don't no what to do..
    plzz help me to take an action against them.

    maine htc ka cell phone htc dimond radiff se online order kiya tha but maine jo cell phone order kiya tha vo muje nai mila uski kagh muje dusra cell phone diya gaya jo ki maine order hi nai kiya tha and jo cell phone muje mila usme v batrry nai thi. so plz cheang my cell phone

    lekin unhone muje kharab phone bhej diya
    mene complain ki to kaha aap vapas kar do aapko aapke paise vapas mil jayenge
    lekin aaj tak unka call nahi aaya aur na hi mere paise vapas bheje

    Post Hstg-01 mobile.

    Dear sir i procurred HSTG-01 Cell phone through rediff. shop. Blue tooth section this mobile is not working . I talk to custom care officer on followling cell no 9029144488. as per her advice i send my mobile phone for reparing. from Titupathi COURIER. on 31-08-2012. from the next day your custom care officer switch of your phon. already i lost my Rs 5000 or i can get my phone .my order number is 7269728.

    Miss. Sheetal ghadshi, i hav allready complaint u telephonically about blackbery tour-9630. My coustmer id. Is500041101. So we hav discuss manny time. I hav all record with voice. Before doing suit file againest infinity globle nd staff ms. Pallavi, ms. Harshada. This is my duty to inform u about all the matter. Harshada ji promissed me for despatch a new mobile last friday. But till now i hav not any info. Even they are not picking my phone. I m disturb due to ur staff behaviour tats why i m also suit file mental harrasment nd this mail also cc to consumer cell haryana foe their attention about all the matter.
    Plz resolved this matter otherwise ready to come here in civil court.....

    Lightbulb BB 9780 Defective Model

    Here is an another victim from these people.

    I received a defective model.

    I would blame Rediff. Because they are the one who are encouraging these people to cheat.

    I am very much ashamed and disappointing that being such a big and reputed company Rediff encourage such cheap activities.

    Even Rediff customer care is pathetic.

    Need a lawyer and shut these place down.

    eBay, homeshop18 and Junglee.com are better than these Rediff. Atleast they care about the consumer and customer.

    We just need to put a notice that never ever shop from Rediff.com waste and pathetic.

    I purchased black berry storm from rediff.com shopping, which was supplied by Infinity Global Inc., Mumbai. this people cheated me with out mentioning Fresh / Used and they send me an refurbished Black Berry Phone.
