I would like to bring the following to your notice regarding my goods transfer from Hyderabad
to Kanpur (Ref No:226).

1. As per our discussion, the goods were to be moved in single truck (full load)and
accordingly it was loaded in truck no: AP15U2212 on 2000 hrs 29.11.2011. But however the same
was transferred to another truck at hyderabad itself without my consent.

2. The goods received at kanpur are to be unloaded and unpacked by your people on 3rd Dec on
my presence which was not done. When in trouble after repeated calls, no response received
from you and your office staff as well. Unpacking done by me only after you failed to send
your representative on 3rd evening (which you told) and no response from your side till I am
writing this mail.

3. The payments Rs 7000 made by me to the truck at kanpur after unloading. Hence I have
cleared all dues as agreed with you and on time. But failed to receive the service as
committed.

4. The damaged goods list: TV, Dining glass, bike tank, decorative items. Who will take the
responsibility now? As per discussion, your representative should note at the time of
unpacking and guide me for insurance coverage. The insurance should be from the date of travel
of goods but the insurance starts from 30th Nov. Doubt is there over the integrity of
insurance coverage. But once again you failed to do so. I have photographs with me of damaged
items which can be shared at the time of requirement.

5. The motor cycle was not at all packed and loaded in the same manner where as your person
(Rajiv) took the key from me and as per him the bike was supposed to be loaded after proper
packing. Again norm violated.
It is like once you pack my goods at hyderabad and took the payment (80%) towards your
cost, your responsibility is over. Now it is upto the local truck owner and the customer who
will fight at kanpur for unpacking, damage, rest payment etc... And when contacted, all your
people including you not at all received my call to solve the issue and cooperate with the
customer. I request you to settle the issue at the earliest.


As the agency is not intrested to solve the issue. I would appreciate your
prompt action and quick reply to solve the issue at the earliest.
