I had placed an order by online shopping to shopping.indiatimes.com by order no. 30000046817 on 06.01.2012 & due to multiple order placed I had cancelled the same order by my complaint no. 75591 on 08.01.2012. My order containing 05 items.
After registering for complaint surprisely I had received one of the product (sewing machine) but due to i had cancelled the order I had returned back the product to courier service & i had not taken the delievery. I had complaint for the same by making call to consumer helpline & they had told me that they had notedown the things & they will process for refund of my money. Again surprisely I had received the Second Product (8 GB Pen Drive) just few days back, & this time the courier boy had just drop down the parcel at my home & not taken signature of any body from my home. Regarding same I had once again cotacted to customer helpline No & i had also written mail to shopping.indiatimes.com regarding the delievery of product. repetadely they had talled me that they are in process to cancel my order & for the refund.
Now once again I had received the third product (Kitchen's of India) just 5 days back & once again I had make complaint on customer service nos. regarding the same but the answer was same from shopping.indiatimes.com
I once again request to shopping.indiatimes.com through the consumer court to please refund my money.
