Sir,
we have purchased flat in 11/2009, ( in our society 21 No. flats ) sale deed of which completed in 08/2010. builder till date has not completed conveyance deed, now 3-4 members who are relatives of builder are showing rights on common areas.Such rights are not seen on maps in our sale deed,also we don't have any correction deeds or change of plan, neither builder has taken permission from us.also i want information about sale of parking and right on declared common area.
