I got credit card from HDFC Bank Dec 2011. They called me and offer HDFC ERGO Insurance package along with the card. I told them that I already hav two insurance policy, so no need of this insurance. They told accept the policy and i can cancel the policy within 50 days if i dont like. They convence me to agree the policy . But I not yet reveived the policy documents. I already called them and mailed them twice.

Last week they sent soft copy of the documents thorugh mail and mentioned that i will receive the documents with in 7 days. Hence I know the policy number of the documents. I still not received the documents and health card.


As mentioned earlier I already hav two insurance policy with LIC and Tata AIG. So Please somebody helps me to cancel those HDFC policies. I already mailed customer care to cancel the policy.'Service ID=003-184-693'
