I would like to lodge a complaint against Pressto Juhu. The case is as follows:


On 8th January, 2012 I gave a quit cover and a bed sheet for dry cleaning at Pressto Juhu. The delivery time was 10th January 2012 7:00 PM. At the said time, I went there to collect my belongings but the manager in charge told me that it's not ready and asked to come next day same time. I went there again on 11th January, 2012 around the same time and again they told me that my order wasn't ready. On this visit I gave another bed sheet for dry cleaning and told them that its my second visit and I am not getting the delivery. So they said that they will deliver it to my home for sure on 12th January, 2012. On 12th January 2012, I called them and asked for the status and they again said that its not ready and that they would deliver it by 13th January, 2012 for sure. Since on 13th also I didn't received the delivery I called them again and this time they said that they can't deliver it today due to some reasons and again they promised to deliver it on 14th January 2012. So far I haven't received the delivery.


It really frustrating to spend so much time on such a simple things and an utmost careless attitude on their part. I don't know how they are even running their business with that kind of service quality.


I hope some action is taken against this.
