    Default NAAPTOL Complaint - Not Received the Product

    I have ordered one Energy Efficient Induction Cooker with Free 4pcs of Cookware through NAAPTOL on 2011-Dec-22. But still I didnt receive the product from NAAPTOL. I have paid the amount online by Credit Card.


    I checked the status in NAAPTOL site, its show, it's shipped. But still not yet received the product.


    Kindly help me in this.

    This has reference to my order for a Wespro 786 tablet (Rs. 6,000/-) being sold by Naaptol. The advertisement did not specify that only a few specific models of usb internet drives are compatible to the product. On purchasing the same (Order No. 2457186) when the problem was found a telephonic complaint was made at the Naaptol call center. On their advise the product was returned on 07 Oct 2011 to the vendor, M/S Wespro Digital Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, for a full refund. This was received by Wespro on 10 Oct 2011 (signed acknowedgement received). The amount has not yet been refunded, despite several calls to both Naaptol and Wespro. Naaptol even refuses to provide their mailing address for sending registered letters and has not yet refunded the amount.

    I have raised a complaint on 05-Jan-2012. As per your above reply, you asked to wait 48-72 hours to reach the product. But still I didn't receive the product from your end.
    Please let me, whether my product is dispatched or not? If dispatched, please provide the details.

    If not
    dispatched, please return my transaction amount for the corresponding credit card.

    Angry Wrong Product Delievery : Order no : 3814819

    To Whomsoever it may concern.

    RE: Get in Shape For Men Buy 1 get 1 free advertised on Times of India.
    Deal Code " 694"

    Order no : 3814819
    Amount paid Cash on Delievery : Rs 1149.

    Please note : I had ordered the above on Naaptol phone no : 9223451000 on 14th April 2012 and my order on phone was taken by a CSR - details of his name and my conversation with him regarding my order are available with me on the phone call recording that i did whilst placing the order and confirming the same for the "Mens"Undergarment in size XL.

    I received the package via Aramex Awb no : 6186378671 on 19th April 2012 at 12:30pm and found that instead of the "Mens Undergarment" that i had ordered and i was given the "ladies" undegarment

    I have been calliing your helpline no "09223516148' a number of times to register my complaint - call records available and had no response on this no
    finally i did manage to speak to CSR : Javed Qureshi on phone no : 9223451000 and apprised him regarding this. He assured someone from Customer care will call back but no one has till now.He assured this complaint has been taken as a remark

    i again spoke on 20th April 2012 at 9am with CSR Pradip Kumar Das and he said he will escalte the same to his Team Leader. This person also did not speak
    i again called at 10:49am today and spoke to CSR Amit Jaiswal" and he refused to take my complaint and said "someone senior will call or please email on this ID"

    Both of them claim that i ordered the "Ladies Ultra Slim Garment" - which i have NOT and it can be proven if you check the phone call record for this order no.placed by me

    Kindly note - i asked your CSR team to check the "Phone Call Records" and escalate the matter to higher up's & seniors which i am sure they have not and i also told that you must be maintaining phone records whilst orders are placed on phone to check the authenticity of my claim (I have these recordings available which i am providing the area Police Station and my Legal attorney for putting up before the Consumer Court) Since i have not heard from anyone yet i am mailing this to whomsover it concerns for necessary action and Consumer grievance redressal.

    If i do NOT hear from NAAPTOL .com by Saturday 1pm ie.tomorrow , i will be forced to pursue Legal Recourse in the said matter on account of Forgery and fraud and harrassment
    Phone call recording for this order can be given on request from Naaptol Legal Team for claim .

    As per our telephonic conversation you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

    We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
    * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
    * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3814819] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

    Kindly write back to us at feedback@naaptol.com or call us at 09223516148 & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

    It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

    * Items are being returned with all accessories and original packaging & aramex packing list

    The item has been sent today ie 20th April 2012 via Blue Dart AWB No: 13107519644 on your Blue Dart A/c # 113260. Mode: DP. The scanned copy of this alongwith the Commercial invoice is attached . The address on the package is

    Default Htc cell phone complaint

    I have purchased two HTC hand sets after payment 14300, while receiving itself the both hand sets were not working (Blue tooth, Wifi, Headset and even batter back up is not more than 10 Minutes) I had informed Naptol customer care and they are not ready to replace or refund the money. I saw one of the worst service from Naptol.... I request to refund the cash from Naptol.
