    Angry "LetsBuy (dot) com" complaint

    My order No: LSB - 745795
    Product Name Qty. Shipped On Courier Name Tracking No.
    Transcend JetFlash 700 16GB Pen Drive (USB 3.0) (TS16GJF700) 2 26 Dec 2011 11:46:16 pm Blue Dart 43835085265


    Prepaid order. Recived the package on 28.12.11 evening via Bluedart
    One of the items I have received does not match with my order. Instead of Jetflash 700 (usb 3.0) one item is Jetflash 600 (not usb 3.0).
    I have called customer care 3 times, mailed "customercare@letsbuy(dot)com" 4 times with the attached image showing the wrong product & the package cover. The last response from them via a mail dated 31.12.11 said -

    "Hello Sir,

    Greetings from Letsbuy.com!

    We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to wrong product

    We would like to inform you that images provided by you against order # LSB-745795, have been forwarded to our department for further investigation and we will shortly update you about the status.

    We value you as our esteemed customer and solicit your kind understanding on the subject.

    If you have any further queries, feel free to contact our customer support team.

    Looking forward to your co-operation

    It has been 4 days since and i have not recived any calls or emails since then. I need advice on when and how to proceed against this legally. Waiting does not seem to work. I wanted that pendrive by this week end, now my cash is gone and they have given me a wrong product.

    Default Complaint against letsbuy.com

    Hi,
    I have ordered for 2 sets of Moserbaer pendrive in combo offer (4GB+8GB) in letsbuy on 23-Dec.

    But i had received only 1 set of the same. So i raised this issue to their customer care many times through call & mail. But didnt get any proper response.

    Each time when i call them, they give different answers as the product is unavailable, there is some problem in operations team, etc... And there is no response for mail.

    I have paid the cash & its 2 weeks now, though i have not got my product.

    My order number is LSB-739997.

    I request you to help me in this issue.

    Thanks for the reply.
    After asking the coustomer care to forward my call to the concered department. The wrong product was picked up on 7th of Jan 2012. Correct product was delivered on 13th Jan 2012.
