My Name is Srinivas , Bangalore .I purchased Water purifier Sensa model ( order no : 456038096 ) from Eurekha forbes, Bangalore . They have delivered a defective unit on 3rd april 2012 , the water is fully spelly and god knows whether if there is any filter happening at all. I informed them after calling 20 time ( sales man never picks up the phone ) finally one technician came on 7th april and did some cleaning or flushing the filters but the smell didn't go . Finally he cnfirmed that it is a defective unit . After following up several times they have replaced a new unit . Now to my surprise , the new unit is also smelly with additional plastic like smell is coming . The lab people came today and took water for testing , they are saying flushing problem similar to first unit excuse . My question is why should i go thru so many defects or issues with filtering process . how can i trust now after seeing so many issues with filter process in the system with smelly and other problems . how can i and my kids drink this water , i have lost complete trust on it .
The defective unit is still at my home and i m frustrated that even after spending 19000/- i have to go thru so much of pain . please help me to get my money back as i have no trust in whatso every with eurekha forbes on the water purifier sensa model.

Eureka Forbes water purifier sensa model under breakdown since 15 th May 2012.PCB needs to be replaced as communicated by service representative Deepak
mob. no.7588075589.aundh service head not responding at mob. no.9326312363.We are very worried by when our sensa would be repaired.Is their any time frame to attend to complaints by a reputed brand like Eureka Forbes?

My cust ID is 1006700581 and complaint ref. nos. with call centre are 86902638 dtd. 13/5/2012 and 86939698.Numerous calls made to call centre and Aundh service head at Pune at phone no. 9326312363 but matter remains unresolved till date with no commitment from Eureka Forbes.
Request immediate resolution of complaint.Today also made a web complaint ref. 5ddfcd35ef97 with Eureka forbes.
