I had approached Titan Eye+ showroom at Indira Nagar 100 Feet Road, Bangalore, on 21st December 2011 to get my spectacles mended. I had bought the spectacles from them earlier this year (2011). They had told that the spectacles would be ready for me to collect on 24th December.

When I went to the showroom on 24th, the salesman checked for my spectacles and then told me that the spectacles weren't ready since it had failed a quality check. He told me that I would have been sent an SMS mentioning that the spectacles weren't ready for collection. I didn't receive any such SMS, and the sequence of incidents (which I am not mentioning here intentionally) suggest that the Titan Eye+ employee was lying by making silly excuses. The salesman told me that the spectacles would be mended by Wednesday 28th December.

I called the showroom on 28th to enquire if the spectacles were ready. The salesman told me that the spectacles weren't ready and would be ready on 29th. Today (29th) I called them again. The salesman told me that he would call me back after finding the details and didn't return the call.

I am frustrated and infuriated. The the employees and management seem to be cheats and liars.
