    Default complaint against the website snapdeal.com

    my complaint is against the web site snapdeal.com. i made a purchase on 15th of november 2011 of a beverly hills polo club watch using my mobile no. 9899003494 and e-mail a/c eyecandykiran@yahoo.co.in, but the delivered item was not what it was projected to be. so, i sent it back. the product was delivered on 23rd november 2011.the reverse courier service was provided by the website people only through bluedart couriers after i made a complaint on the telephone. i was told that i would be refunded my money (i.e. rs.1199/-) in 10-15 days time. this was on 27th of november 2011. since then, i have called snapdeal atleast 10 times and lodged a complaint, but everytime i get the response that i would be refunded the money in another 10-15 days. but, it has been almost a month today and i have not yet recieved any money or cheque. i'm a student and so i have limited resources. it is very difficult for me to let go of 1200 bucks and i would appreciate it very much if i get my money with the help of this consumer court.

    Default faulty product not taking it back.

    i had placed an order for a product (kashish suit) on 16 march 2012.the product that i received did not confirm to the specifications mentioned on the website. therefore i asked for the reverse pick up and refund .snapdeal arranged for the the pickup and on their own sent me another product which i received on 28 march. since then i have been calling them again and again to take the product back as i did not ask for the exchange.then they sent me a mail asking me to send them the picture of the product that i have received. the product is lying packed with me and i do not wish to open the packet and get into the hassles of taking pictures and mailing them . i do not want the product as it does not confirm to the specifications mentioned on the website. i feel cheated as everytime i call them they ask me to wait for another 48 hours...this has been happening for past 13 days...my complaint no:360086

    Default Faulty product by snapdeal.com

    Recently i purchased a webcam and i found it to be faulty!! The order was placed on 30th April 2012 [order no. 534932678] which was shipped through bluedart and it got delivered on 4th May 2012 i.e today. As i try to capture pictures or record a video a black screen appears and nothing happens!!

    So please look into this matter and make hem replace the faulty product as soon as possible...
