M/s Cache Mercantile on the pretext of verification of credit card have got every details of my card from me keeping me under the impression that they have been calling from SBI Card. And after getting the details they have told me that the transaction of Rs.6,999/- have been done by me and even after my protest they have materialize the transaction - which is wrong trade practice. You are requested to immediately reverse the transaction amount as i am not interested in taking any of the product from you. I have voiced my protest telephonically also with your staff. Please do cancel the transaction.

I got a telephone callfrom 01206400454 to my cell no.{09993477557}11.25am on 24.08.2012 saying that “we are calling from sbi card,
he offered me complimentary to my sbi card and informed me about the subsequent facilities e.G. 25% discount on purchases, holiday package and a trolly bag of this card etc.
Please givethe details of your credit card for verification purpose and promotional offers”. After few minutes, I got the sms for transaction of rs.6999/- By ivr cache mercantile and I surprised without my consent and knowledge, how this transaction has been made. Immediately, I contacted sbi card as well as M/S ivrcache mercantile, noida and requested them to treat this as invalid transaction as it is done without my consent.
Further, it is to mention that M/S cache mercantile, marketing executive collected my sbi card @@@ no. And my dob in a cheated manner by telling me as they are calling from sbi card for some promotional offer. This is a very serious matter and attracting to a criminal case. This type of transaction is also spoiling the reputation of sbi card and inviting to legal complicacies and police complains in future.
It is pertinent to mention here that till to-day I have not received any materials or favour from M/Scache mercantile pvt ltd out of this transaction.
In view of the above, it is requested that please treat this transaction as invalid and resolve the issue amicably by refunding the amount to sbi card to avoid further legal complicacies in future and please take befetting action against cheating company M/S cache mercantile pvt ltd, noida.

I contacted sbi card and told him my problems & blocked my card. As well as I also sent sms to sbi card on 9212500888. Immediately I received the message that " your problem has reached the sbi card solution room. Our representative will contact you within 2 working days." And also send dispute form to sbi card.
I, therefore, request you to take necessary action against cache mercantile pvt ltd
plz Resoive this Problem & cancelled this transation Urgently

i lost my money 6999/- throgh my card in same manner of phone call from SBI crad department. they said me that ''this is conversion of reward points into free gift voucher. first reward points (7000 points) would be converted into credit amount of 6999/- and then Rs. 6999/- would be debited.'' i was foolish so i thought that have nothing to pay anything. i told them the card number and @@@ number. they give massage SMS me for one time password .i told it as per their instruction and lost Rs. 6999/-. they did not credited reward points. only they debited money from my card which was credited same day by IRCTC due to ticket cancellation. it seems that some people of SBI card departmet is involved in such type of SCAM. those involved people give information of money credit to such type of fraud companies. i request every people of this page reader , do not give information of creditcard to any phone call regarding vouchers/offers,but asked some words positively like BAST-RD..... etc.etc.etc...........

They told us they are calling from SBI card promotions, and got my credit card details saying that we will receive a 25% discount at any online or stores. The money they are charging will also get returned via statement credit in the next statement. Now after we have received there gift pack when we are calling they are simply denying the statement credit part and also the 25% discount is not valid at any stores but some specific stores that they have mentioned. I want my money back, and do not want their service.

I am really surprise to see people complaint without realizing the offer in totality. I am a member of the privileged services and am enjoying all the services. Recently been to a vacation provided by the tie-up and really enjoyed the stay. The dental and grocery vouched were reimbursed on time and i am availing discount on listed establishment provided by chachemerchantile. No body is a kid to go wrong with his own money..

1. On 13.12.2012 so called mr. Surabh gupta called on my mobile representing himself from sbi card and said that my card, being old, is upgraded and limit is being enhanced to 165000/- And asked some basic details. On my querry "why should I beleive that you are from sbi card only" he forwarded me two sms of one time passward and shared with me some details of past transactions in my credit card a/C. Beleiving on that I shared the card details with him. He also promised that I need not to pay any thing including rs. 6999/- Which is ajustable against reward points. Lateron on recalling on those land line nos. He was not available and some body called devashish, informed that he has already left services. I then raised a disput form and lodged compalaint on helpline of sbi card.

2. On 27.12.12 again one more fradulant transaction of rs. 38990/- was made by the cheaters but fortunately sbi card deptt declined the same on the ground of previous complaint.
Now I have again sent e mail with scanned image of dispute form to sbi for card blocking and replacing new card.

Now they have delivered the pack to my adress in my absent which i did not want to accept. The packet is intact and has not been opened yet.

I expect from cache mercantile, if they are really a honest dealer, they should take the delivery back and refund the money to my account.

I am surprised to see one appreciation letter from their customer who has not given his name and identification and has told about the genuineness. But He has overlooked the actual fact that in normal course marketing of product and providing services is altogether different than by misrepresenting the customers for their business business is a serious breach of trust and comes under cheating as defind in CPC.

One lady & one Rahul phoned me over 09432313612 on 5.1.13 stating they are talking for SBI Card and giving some holiday benefits.They told me that I have 2999 reward points and I am not taking benefit of the same. If I accept their offer then my card will be debited Rs.6999/-, out of which Rs.2999/- will be adjusted against reward points & balance Rs.4000/-to be against the voucher to be sent by them imeediately after receipt of the kit and balance in my statement will be NIL & I have not to pay any amount against the bill. They & others phoned me again & again,I repeatedly disconncted. But they continue to do the same. They were telling first 12 digits of my card & my date of birth even. Where from do they get it? They sent One time password from SBICard. I did not reply. On 7.1.13 one Debasis againt phoned & told me "I am to help you in any problem. In case of any problem call me & I will solve the problem.Then he sent me one time password. On getting his assurance I believed on him,which is the most blunder in my life.They debited my card."Immediately on getting SBI card statement on 22.1.13 I have been surprised that the statement is showing outstanding balance of Rs.6999/-.Immediately around 1 to 1-30 pm I informed the matter to SBIcard over phone & blocked the card.And tried to searchout Debasis and / or Rahul over their nos. 01206406734 / 01206406741 / 01206405492. Except the last one i.e. 01206405492 none were available. I did not got either Debasis or Rahul One attended telling his name as AKash & assured that he is lloking over the matter & resolving the problem and sending me SMS. But no SMS has come till now. After lapse of one & half hour I further phoned over 01206405492 but he was not available. Another one male attended & told he will solve the problem. No action.Further I phoned over the same after lapse of one hour I further phoned over the same they were wanting my mail id but never disclosed Cache Mercantile P Ltd mail id,which I demanded again & again. Yet none of them have contacted me. On 25.1.13 neither I nor my family members were at home from 11-15 am to 6-00pm. One packet from Cache Mercantile p Ltd through DTDC courier was delivered to my neighbour,who is an aged & crippled lady above 70 years old,which is full of useless & valueless papers. I am confirmed that I have been cheated by Cache Mercantile P Ltd due to fault,negligance and/or inconievance with SBI Card.
Under the circumstances, I Would request you to please cancel the offer given to me with false declaration / statement etc. & also the useless & valueless papers delivered to my neighbour. ALSO ARRANGE IMMEDIATE REBURSAL OF Rs.6999/- TO MY SBI CARD NO. xxxx xxxx xxxx 5493 OR CHARGE BACK THE AMOUNT WITH COMPENSATION FOR HARRASSMENT TO A SENIOR CITIZEN.

Cache mercantile personnel in the name of SBI Credit card cheated by offering holiday package of Rs.6999/- for which I am not interested at all. They by force have sent the parcel through DTDC which I have not received rather returned the same. After few days when I checked the DTDC Courier website, it was showing that "Returned to Origin, Noida". I am therefore requested once again to return the money to my credit card account immediately and also requested not to harrass any more to any innocent women.

Today i got a call from so called cache mercantile, and they tried to assure me that they are calling from Visa/Master card department Delhi. They gave an offer and told me that i will be getting 25% discount each time i swipe my credit card. They asked all details related to my credit card. without thinking i gave all details including @@@ number. Throughout the call they never mentioed about RS 6999, but at the end they told that this amount will be blocked from my card and not debited. Some how i believed them and gabe them all details and asked them to proceed. But later i realized that how can any one from visa/mastercard division ask about my details. Immediately i hung up the call and called my Bank and cancelled the credit card. Before that i confirmed the last payment made by my card. Thank god. No payment was made from my card to this fraud company. But still i would like to complain regarding this company as they are fooling people and
