I took my new RELIANCE GSM connection on 3rd december 2011 my mobile number is 7679382161 of WEST BENGAL circle and activated Rs. 99 GPRS pack on 5th december 2011. For the first 2 days i was getting full EDGE speed, but after that till now my gprs speed is decreased to max 64 kbps. What's the problem ? Please solve this issue as soon as possible, otherwise i will quit this network and switch to other network.

i recently activated whatsapp plan on reliance gsm....it's browsing speed is too slow...it takes 5-6 minutes to login...fucking ma mind a lot...juz a silly speed...please...m requesting to solve my problem urgently...
