    Thumbs down Reliance broadband (Chennai) asking me to pay bill for a long time deadline&broadband

    Hi,

    This is Senthil from Chennai.

    I was using reliance broadband connection and my customer ID is 376125214804

    It didnt work for the last 45 days.

    I contacted the customer care many days in a row. They always said it'll be rectified in 24 hours & they did give me a complaint number.
    I didnt recieve any response or call from them.
    Finally they told after a week that the connection cant be restored at my area.
    They suggested me to close the connection.

    I'm running a internet business and I lost around Rs.45,000 because of their false promises & bad service.


    Then I filed a connection termination request.
    After I got a call from a person who told himself a high official & promised to restore in a couple of days.

    Its been a month, the connection is still dead & no response from the reliance side.

    Now I am receiving a call from a number 04432217910 which a girl talked rudely & she is telling me to pay the bill..

    I dont know for what i have to pay...for calling their customer care everyday or for waiting patiently for long time?

    Its really a very bad service & approach to the customers.

    I need them to terminate my account immediately and they need compensate my loss due to their bad service.

    Is this too quick?

    Now the date is 07/11/11

    Its already 10 days. Then why did you name it "QUick resolving team"?

    I'm tired of your facebook page responses & your dramas

    So do you really have a plan to solve my issue?

    I've been struggling with your bad service for the past 2 months regarding a issue from september end.


    I gave many complaints & termination requests. Please refer your complaint log book.


    After so many requests & termination requests. Finally ur people came and replaced the modem. It was working fine for 3 days from november 8. As usual after 3 days my connection didnt work again.


    I was calling your customer care everyday again.


    Finally after so many calls I got a message from your side yesterday that I exceeded my credit... It was very much funny. They said my plan has changed on october 11th from unlimited plan to limited plan. So i was charged Rs.5000 and my connection has been barred.


    I really wonder how you people running a company without any logic.. My connection isnt working from septmber end to November 8th. But you people changed my plan on october 11th ?


    How it can happen? A non-working connection has been trasferred from one plan to another.


    And I got a call today from you to pay my bill... I dont feel you really running a company i feel like you are running cheating chit fund company..


    As because of your bad service & false promise like "We will rectify your problem in 48 hours & Be rest assured " I lost my one week business around Rs.40k.


    I want you people to terminate my connection immediately & to compensate for my loss due to your bad service.

    Default Reliance broadband asking me to pay bill

    Dear Sir,

    I was using reliance broadband with internet and subscriber ID was 374051148970. And I decided to cancel the connection as i was relocatting my place by 22.10.2011. I called customer care on for same and requested for cancellation of service. I was advised during that time that i would get a call from reliance in 24 or 48 hours and after 10 days connections would be terminated. Later I received the call from reliance in next two days. But my connection was active till 19th october. Since I was shifting my house and i was not in possition to take the further liabality associated with my land line. I made a follow-up calls o customer care for same.


    They said they would come and take the instruments and phone device before i leave that means (22.10.2011). But nothing happened. Later I ame to know my connection got terminated by (30.10.2011). Bill was generated and sent my addess to email id for (549.00 RS) and i made the payment. Later i received the calls from reliance team for phone device and modem. I gave them my adress (that also in chennai) and they did collect though they was used to say as they would come today.

    Though i made the payment, again i started receiving calls asking for bills. They keep calling me for bill payment(02233723555 & 02233723655). The manner and tone of these calls are really arrogant. He (Jithendra) said reliance will charge me again as instruments are with me.

    I informed customer care and inform the issue and they say it bill amount for 21 october to 30th october. it was delay from reliance and i was asked for pay for that. and i was ill treated from these collection staffs.

    Default Harassment from reliance

    HARASSMENT FROM RELIANCE

    I got a connection of reliance broadband connection in the month of 23rd January 2011.
    My point of contact when I got the connection was the person mobile no which was printed on the leaflet. He said for any complaints I can call him for directly and he will fix the problem.

    When I got the connection it was already around 9.00 pm. The next day I realize the speed of the internet is very low lesser than 54 Kbps. Where I had opted for higher speed and unlimited plan.

    So I tried calling this person to tell the problem initially he picked the call and said he will come and fix the problem. That took three days for him to come and check the problem after calling this person every evening coming back from office. He will have several reason to tell me to avoid my calls, that he is in the field work far from my place that he will not be able to come today, be there in another 2 hour and he never shows, .

    He comes for check and he says there is a problem with the instrument and he doesn’t have the instrument in stock so I had to wait for few another 3-4 days, he brings another old device and tries to fix the problem and he it still doesn’t fix the problem. Then he says I will bring another one and he leaves and he stopped attending my calls.
    Then I really got fed up of fallowing it up and trying to fix the problem, I raised a complaint in the reliance customer care for twice and the guy comes I don’t know what he does he says its fixed and the problem repeats all over again of slow speed .

    By then I had really lost hopes of getting the problem fixed. So I had brought a data card which I started using.
    I requested for termination. I did get a call for confirmation and the connection was terminated. Suddenly after a month or so call from customer care person asking for the bill payment. First of all you didn’t fix the problem on top of that you are calling me for the bill payment. Without even given a service how do you come back asking for payment, why I pay when I have not used your service and I even asked them please check my usage if I have used the internet it should show my usage. The person did accept that there is no usage. After that conversation I felt the problem has been solved.

    After fallowing up with these people approximately 30-45 days the device was collected back were. At the month of 27 April 2011 the device was collected. After me requesting for termination on the same month and you prolong it collect the device, why am I charged for it for your poor service.

    No mistake of mine why do you expect me to pay. I also realized that if the connection is requested for termination on the same month then the guy who gave a connection will face problems from the company. That’s the reason all these people whom I was talking played a game trying to push for at least a month so that they get rid of the problem.

    And I am also demanding for the advance money/device cost you charged of 500rs that I paid initially to return. Because you didn’t give me proper service nor did you give me a proper device to fix the problem.

    This is been really a torture of getting annoying calls from Reliance yesterday there is a person who calls and claims to be a advocate and I have to pay 1935rs within 3.00clock, if not I will be fined Rs 25000- 28000, and there is case registered against me and I have to go to Delhi to face the case . And I was shocked to hear case and what not. After some time I went to customer service center to check the problem and find out the details and they failed to give me any details other than telling how much I need to pay.

    I failed to get any details where I was asked to go to another reliance web world which is been closed from a long time. Just because of stupid communication from customer care I went and searched and searched I spent the whole afternoon till evening trying to find the place and later I come to know that place has been closed from a long time. Finally I couldn’t get any details. At the end I called up customer care and they didn’t have any details either.

    These is really been harassment from reliance trying to call and blackmail to pay the money. Where I am mentally disturbed because of this incident and I am working professional which is definitely disturbing my work.

    Please help me resolve the issue.

    Default cheating plan

    Dear Sir,
    I am Hasan from chennai. My HSD ID is 9380885476. I choosed unlimited plan i.e. 3.1 Mbps speed and unlimited downloads for Rs.700 plus tax. But I did not get that speed from the begining, I was getting only 30 to 35 kb only. Many times I complained but no improvements in speed. Last december 2011 before the due date they sent sms that you are exceeding limit your bill amount is Rs.1500, then they disconnected the service. I phoned them, they told you are not in unlimited plan, plan has changed. Wantedly they changed the plan to increase the bill amount, now they are sending sms i.e. Your bill amount Rs.2471, if you will not pay we will publish your photo in leading news papers and take legal action against you. I am ready to pay my plan amount i.e., 700 plus tax but they refused and threatnnig me by sending sms and letters.

    Thumbs down Relinace Broadband data card is not working proper

    hi i am Rajasekar, using Relaince Connection for the past 5 years .. i getting worst service nowadays this shows thier customer interaction is poor. let me tell what exactly happen to me .. i have raised a compalint that my data card is not working properly. eventhough i took unlimited usage up 10GB. i am using maximum of 3 GB because of slow speed. i contacted customer support please change the datacard. i said i have some issues. they took my address and they will come and solve my connection issues. nothing happened its almost two weeks but my complaint ticket is resloved. when checked my Data usage.
