    Angry Evok (Hindware) Pathetic Evok furniture & Support

    I purchased one King size Keat Bed (along with mattress & lamp stand). The product was delivered in damaged state, when the installation engineer came to install the bed, he found that Foot-Back strip is broken (2 pieces). He clicked the photographs of the damaged part and assured me that It will be replaced ASAP.

    But after continuously following Up with Evok Customer care Gurgaon & Evok Store ,Shipra Mall , Indrirapuram, GZB. from last one week. I have not got any response. As a consumer I have to follow it up with EVOK on daily basis(2-3 times daily), no body bothers to call me back and update me with status.

    Its really frustrating and fording me and my freinds to refrain from buying anything from EVOK.

    Thumbs down Fraud Service by EVOK-Hindware @ Jayanagar Branch

    I bought a Nelson sofa from Evok shop located at Jayanagar, Bangalore. Pre sales explanation and showcasing was dam good, post-sale was dead contrast to the pre-sale. The delivered product was damaged, when i complained, the customer support says it is a minor damage and if anything goes wrong in one year they replace. Also the response by the representative Lakshmi was very rude.For me it is a minor or major,it is damage. My request was to fix the damage and not even replace. After too much of pressure from me they replace the sofa , finally I got a used sofa. Once again I complained with photo's by personally visiting the show room, they agreed and said that they will take action, it is more than 20 days, nobody care to respond.

    I am trying to reach the area manager Prathima for more the week and till days the phone is not answered.

    As per the visit made by our service executive Mr. Lakshme Gowda on 20.12.11, the sofa was found having no damage. The dust lying on the backrest of sofa was also taken care by our service personnel on 13.01.12.
