no refund & no pickup of wrong order
on 20 sep 2011, i had ordered online (order no. 20110920023225) from the website WWW(DOT)STARCJ(DOT)COM for the "ashmita dhamaal pack of 3 kurtas" worth rs.1299/-, but they have delivered a wrong package of "ashmita bachat combo of 3 kurtas".

Hence i immediately lodged a complaint with customer care for refund & they said that wrong package will be picked up from my place within 5-10 days after which refund will be credited to my bank account.
Dhara razvi from back-end team called me & the return request confirmation message was sent on my mobile on 24 sep 2011.

But, even after following up for 21 days, nobody has come to pickup the wrong package. I have been following up almost daily with the customer care and have written several mails to CC@STARCJ(DOT)COM, RESPONSE@STARCJ(DOT)COM, ALIVE@STARCJ(DOT)COM but no response.

Despite spending rs.75/- on mobile expense while talking to their customer care for following up on multiple occasions, the wrong package has not been picked up and refund has not been given.

Star cj alive has to refund the mobile expense of rs.75/- on account of following up with their customer care on multiple occasions & refund of rs.1299/- for the above order asap, i.e., minimum total rs.1374/-

if star cj alive does not provide for the inconvenience caused to me i will move to higher authorities against star cj alive.
