Recently,Tata Sky has introduced a new scheme of dropping channels nonchalantly without intimating their subscribed customers...
My customer id is: 1023918780
They have stopped beaming of certain channels according to their whims and fancies. And when I called their supposedly 'world class' customer care for the same, the only response I got was, they didn't know when would these dropped channels be available for viewing and that they had posted the same in some paper(read: Indian Express) in-spite of their being a system, wherein they intimate the users on their registered mobile phones about payment issues and account balance info. And, ya according to them all Indians only read Indian Express news paper for checking regularly as to which channels are dropped and going to be dropped!!
Its been almost 3 months now and yet there is no news about the dropped channels or anything similar in this matter.
In-spite of my repeated attempts at getting the things clarified from these Customer care ppl, the only reply given to me is that something is going to happen soon..Now that 'soon' can be a month or next year or perhaps forever.
As this issue may not be an isolated case, others too may be facing the same. A strict action is required in this matter as in where the customer must be compensated for the same at the earliest.....
