complaint against AIRTEL broadband team..Harassment since last 4 month and AIRTEL is Dear Sir,
This complaint is against AIRTEL Broadband team. I had taken Airtel BB for the past 2 year. My AC NO:15223172 and landline no: 080-42093954. In 2011 April, i have paid 6 month advance payment for broadband for AIRTEL. Then in June i have shifted my house to a different location. On June 1st Airtel people told that within 3 days they will shift the connection to my new home. Till 7th June, they didnt do anything. Again i called up AIRTEL callcentre. That time thay told that they can not provide the connection at this moment so i need to cancel the connection after which they will return my money within max.45 days. So i have requested for cancellation of the connection. But till 45th days they didnt do anything. So after that i have again called up. Again they told me the same thing that within a week one of their engineer will come and collect the telephone anf give the payment. Its already 4 months that i am running behind AIRTEL people to return my money, but their team is doing nothing. Also one lady name Ms. Neeru called up from AIRTEL and asked me that she is handling this case and she will close this within 10 days. Its 4 months and she has not done anything. HER contact no:09958299916. Also i have called her min of 100 times but she never picked up my call. Once someone else picked up the call and told that Neeru will call back which happened to be a false committment. I have sent mails to their ombudes dept., nodal service team, call centre, but noone is helping is getting back my money. Its frustrating. Its harassment by AIRTEL to the consumers.
Need all your help and way to let me know how to close this issue.

Complaint against fraud done by Airtel Broadband Dear Sir,
This complaint is against AIRTEL Broadband team.
I Requested for the shifting of my Airtel number 01204325481 on 27-11-2011 but they didn't respond for a 7-10 days then i put a written mail for closing of connection on 9-12-2011 which i received confirmation mail on same day regarding my last bill will be generated on 11-12-2011.
but this bill i never received from them and they continued to call every month i have to told them 100 times that i had closed this connection on
9-12-2011 but they keep on adding bill for Jan,Feb also.
i asked him for termination mail for my connection and the bill that is generated on 11-12-2011 but they never provided it and now they are asking to pay me 4515 Rs for 4 months where as i only need to pay for 2 months.
The Airtel Representative is now harassing me by calling me 10 times a day and not listing to any of my concern i also write to 121@in.airtel.com and there nodal officers and also tried on there help line numbers but no body seems to be helping in this matter.
Need all your help and way to let me know how to close this issue.

Airtel harrasements Reference to Airte No# 9686733455(Bangalore)
I have always been an airtel customer all these years of my mobile phone usage and since gprs facilities came I have always opted for it.
I had relocated back to Bangalore and as usual I took a post paid connection with gprs plan but it looks like it was not included in the plan and after the very first month,I got a message that my bill was 15k+ and then that my connection was disconnected.
I was shocked.The reasons came out to be following:
1) Your account is active with default data plan from the date of activation (charges are 10 kb / 10 paise on data charges), you haven't opted any data plan on your account.
2) Under 2G, you have done a nominal usage of 129422 units, where you have charged 10 paise / 10kb. (Pls refer page 2 on your bill)
as updated by airtel guys.
My claim in my credit limit being only 1k,how can a bill of 15k+ be made
& that as per my understanding and best of knowledge of taking corporate connection,internet usage was unlimited whether in city or on roaming @99 rupees per month(informed by agent who gave the connection).
Still the amount of data used is not even 1 gb,how can you charged 15k for this?
To repeat------ you did not updated the plan I opted for and want to charge an uninformed user (just started using the post paid services in Bangalore,with a credit limit of 1k)a huge inappropriate sum for usage of 129422 units which is not even 1 gb that too under hideous and inappropriate manner(not including the internet plan,not informing the user of the plan,not informing the user of the usages ,exceeding the credit limit in the very first month of usage)
And on top of that harassment and illegal activities(breach of privacy,by calling the user/customer contact list) and giving false contexts.
I have numbers and recordings of the references made.
To conclude:
you intentionally do not include the gprs plan and keep charging a customer as you want.This is nothing but CHEATING,and on top of that you exceed the credit limit and if this was not enough you cause harassment to me with making calls to my contact list(who have no business with you), in-spite of my contact number and email id available too you.
Airtel has breached my privacy and caused mental harassment again and again.

Hi, My Airtel, Account number is - 7005561650 . I am not getting any connectivity since 6 th sept 2012. i thought there might be some server problem but even after two days when i did not saw any solution then finally I registered a complain (21559306 ) regarding this. Till date Airtel (10 th sept) has not fixed the issue. Whenever I call the customer care they give me a new expected time to fix this issue. No one from Airtel technical service team has visited my premises yet or taken anyaction. They don't even care notify me the expected date to fix the issue. i cannot pay my bill because i pay my bill online. now i feel sorry for my wrong desison for choosing airtel. Airtel has worst customer service.
Unfortunate Airtel Customer..

my mobile number 9003080333 was in AIRTEL I changed to aircel postpaid after 90days I changed to prepaid now I need to port to Vodafone I submitted relevant I'd proof I waited for almost ten days the I went to Vodafone store they informed me that this number is ROT rest of Tamil nadu now I am unable to change to any other network I don't know what to do now

Airtel harrassment Hi Team
I want to port my airtel number but all the airtel company does is call me everyday and harrass me. I would like to file a complaint against them as it is going on for the past 5 months now. Please let me know how to go about it.
