On 1^st April 2011, I received a call from Royal Trading & consultancy 68 D, N.S Road Near Brabone Flyover Kolkata 700001 for the post of computer operator (as applied by me from an advertisement at Times of India dt ) & the interview was schedule for next day i.e on 2/4/2011.


On 2^nd April 2011, as I did'nt go to attend the interview they called me up and said me that as the world cup final is today so you need not come 2day & you can come on monday after that I told them to sms me their office adress which they did.


On 4^th April 2011, as I reached there at the reception I was given a register in which I had to write my name, my cell no & the receptionist (one of his employees) asked me my CV which I gave him. The receptionist then went inside a cabin & dropped my CV on a table, after few seconds a person came and asked me what is my name in bengali (tumar naam ki baba) I replied Sanjay Dey. He then went inside a cabin & asked another person (his employee) to leave his cabin & that employee asked me to go inside the cabin. After going through my bio-data he asked me to say few lines on Networking I told him what ever was possible in that short time. He then told me that there are few jobs in Airtel, Vodafone and in MES (Smart Data Chip) which they never advertise & their rates are 25,000/- for airtel & vodafone & Rs 17850/- for MES, he also asked me if I hold a International passport then he would send me to Europe but for Europe the rate would be high around Rs 1,50,000/- & if I don't have a passport he would help to get it. I then asked him is it sure that I will get the job he said me definately and if the job is not provided he (Srijib Das) would refund the full amount of money to me that also in writing in (stamp paper with Notary) from Sealdah Court, he then told me to go home and think and he will call me at night. As discussed in the day he called me up at night at 8.30 PM and said that he had already talked with the concerned authorities and the work will be done for which I had to go to his office on the next day with more or less of the mentioned money.


On 5^th April 2011, as I reached there again that same process sining after which I entered his cabin I told him that as I could not manage the full amount I am paying him Rs 12,000/- balance Rs 5,850 and he gave me a receipt of Rs 12,000/- & then took me to a another room & introducing to a person saying that he is Airtel Engineer/ Traineer (actually his employee) now this fellow was taking my interview & started asking me questions & explaining me regarding BTS, BSC, MSC (Mobile communication). After sometime Mr. Srijib Das entered this room where my interview was going on with a paper sort of tender type & said to him that we got this work and they have to give an Advertisement on thursday's TOI & left the room. After that I was told to wait outside & was offered a cup of tea. After sometime myself, Srijib Das and two other boys left his office & went to TOI office at Camac street for giving the Advertisement which they gave, as I had to call my mother I was waiting outside. After that we went to Command Hospital Alipore Kolkata 700027 for my work & I along with another boy had to wait in the cab (this boy was also going with him but Srijib Das stopped him by saying that he has to wink the officers at command hospital before I meet them) & he went to meet them, he came back after sometime and told me that some office procedure has changed & now the paper verification has to be done from Noida office and showed me the address & also told me that he will send my papers 2day to Nodia it will take around 10 days for everything. Then we again left for TOI office at Camac street as another boy was waiting for him. He also said me that the questions that they will ask me he will mail me in two or three days. Then we left for Garia as they had some work there & he dropped me near AMRI Hospital near Dhakuria.


On 13^th April 2011, he called at night and said me that my work has been almost done and I need not worry, he also said me that the fees has increased & for me he has fixed at Rs 15,000/- and told me that I should visit his office with the rest of money if 1 or 2 thousand is less no problem & he aslo said me that he had received the mail from them but he cannot mail me due to security reasons by saying this he ended his call.


On 14^th April 2011, I reached there and as usual same old signing procedures I then paid my 2^nd installment of Rs 3,000/- and Srijib Das gave me a receipt. I was also given a printout questions on CCNA which I did not mentioned on my CV, I told him that these questions are mainly from CCNA which I am not capeable of answering, so he told me that he will talk with the concerned authorities and change the questions & set the questions from N+, A+, MCSA & will give me a call at the evening around 4.30 or 5.00 pm which he did not. At around 7.30 pm I rang him up and he told me that he will mail me tommrrow and to give him a call (as a reminder) at 1.30 pm on the next day so that he can mail me the 2^nd set of questions.


On 15^th April 2011, I called him & he told me that due to some rituals (PUJA) at his office I should call after 15 minutes which I did but he himself did not receive my call and gave it to one of his employees he answered me that thay have received the mail and he will mail me tomorrow i.e. On 16/04/2011 at first hour & will call & let me know.


On 16^th April 2011, at around 12.04 PM I called Srijib Das & he told that had just entered his office & I should give him a call after 15 minutes which I did but he did not receive my call, then I tried on his another number one & of his employees picked up the cell & asked me who am I speaking, I told can I speak with Mr. Srijib Das after that I asked him what about the mail you were supposed to mail me 2day at first hour as mentioned by you on yesterday i.e 15/04/2011, he replied me back by saying that he has send a person to do this and will let me know after some time which he did not. At 12.35 pm I again called Srijib Das this time again one of his employees picked up the cell and told me that sir is in a meeting, I told him that Srijib Das himself told me to call him then I asked him what about the mail its already 40 to 45 minutes but I havent received the mail on hearing this he told me that he will call me & let me know the status. Again at 1.57 PM I called Srijib Das now he himself received the call & told me that as there is no electricity in that area his person went to B.B.D Bag & B.B. Ganguly street for mailing me & if he is not able of doing then he himself will mail me at night or tomorrow from his saltlake residence.


On 17^th April 2011, Srijib Das rang me at 9.26 AM as I was in the market I could not hear the ring of my cell, when I came home back I saw one mis call in my cell of Srijib Das I called him at 11.00 o'clock he said me that he got the questions but as usual he is not able to mail coz the area where he stays all the computer shops are closed, then he told me that in the evening at around 5.30 PM I should give him a call so that he remembers for mailing me and he will mail me the questions as all the shops will open. At 5.30 PM I called in his 2 cell numbers but the reply was the number you are trying to call is switched off, I then called in his another number one of his employees received my call and said me that sir went to his home & he will be available tomorrow.


On 18^th April 2011, I received call from Srijib Das and he told that as server was down yesterday he will mail me today by 1.00 PM. At 1.30 PM I checked my mail & I saw that I received his mail.

Since then the offender is changing his mobile numbers frequently and giving advertisement at Time of India.
