    Default Idea Online Recharge Not Done

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I have done recharge on mobile no. 09763371538 on 07/07/2011. The amount was Rs. 500/-.
    It was done through IDBI netbanking. The bank checked with them and said they have transferred the amount to idea and trans was successful on their end. IDEA customer care people just say that they dont have any record of recharge on 7th Oct on this number. But they are not ready to solve the problem technically. The details of transaction are :
    Date : 07/10/2011.
    bank : IDBI BANK LTD.
    Acc. No. : 641102000005494.
    Payment Id: 10214054.
    Bill Ref Info: MIDB1002930633.

    Please look into the matter and do the needful.

    We regret to inform you that we are unable to find your recharge, thus we request you to forward us a screen-shot of the bank statement (un-editable) showing the deduction made from your account towards recharge of your number on our E-mail ID.ccare.mh@idea.adityabirla.com. for further course of action.

    Dear sir,
    This is to bring to your notice that I recharged my IDEA mobile no. +91-8449469894 on dated February 25, 2012 at 10:14 am through care.ideacellular.com I did online recharge of Rs. 148 and the payment was successful and was debited in my account. When I call IDEA customer care they said it will take 24 hrs. for their system update and they are not responding to any e-mails. I have sent the proof of the transaction to ccare.upw@idea.adityabirla.com but there is no response from their side. I haven't got credit or balance in my mobile. Please help in this regard
