i am pathetic customer of AIRTEL DTH(Most unreliable dth service in india). Airtel DTH customer care unit is making me foll since last 1 month.
my torture stasts on last week of august 2011 .i was watchng TV but suddenly it get failed and shwoing error code SM2 i called to customer care of AIRTEL DTH they said that they have registered compalint and service engineer will come within 4 workign days. but there was no sign of service of engineer.then i again called to CC of Airtel DTH they said plz let switch on ur set top box tehn error will not come i did teh same and get satsifactory result.
now again my DTH is not wrking and shwoing ERROR Code SM2 and i called again to CC they said your compalint is already registered so we cant register ur compalin and servie engineer will come on 13 oct 2011 sharp 2:11 pm,,,bt now today is 14 oct and service engineer is not here.i fed up of these service...i m getting fool day by day by AIRTEL DTH.please help me from this service.
