I am really dispointed the way Bagittoday call center people responded to me though they aware of my genuine problem,
I call is picked up by Sangeeta Negi - Very Rude on Call, Not feeling to resolve my query.
Call transfered to Vikas Chaudhary (SCCA)- he was telling me that there is no senior person availabe to take my call (Strange), He assured me that reverse pick up of the product will happen in 2 days, when I asked if not picked up within said days then what will be next action point andwhat should customer do in this case, he simply excused on call and disconnected it.

I really surprized the way Bagittoday which is part of India today is working.
Following are few examlple which I heared on call from Customer Care Associate.
1. Senior person is on leave no backup of him/her.
2. All Managers gone for luch so coundn't take my call.
3. Call disconnected when asked for proper action or result.

Really shamefull.

Please help to lodge official complain against Bagittoday and its service so that people of India shoud not get harrased.
