This is Abhishrk Tripathi. My airtel broadband number is 01204545262.Once i have to close my airtel number but they suggested me a plan of 750/- for three months by which my connection will not be disconnected and whenever i want, i can restart my connection as well.I got agree because i will be using this connection after 2 months.After two months,I call customer care and tell them to restart my connection and theay started it and i aurged them to activate 649/- plan,and they said that this plan will be activated on your number by tomorow.I started using my airtel broadband connection and at the end of the month i got 20000/- bill addressing to me .

I was shocked by recieving this hudge amount of bill.I called customer care and told them about the bill.Again I was shocked by hearing them that there were no request logged to activate my account with 649/- plan .My plan was running with .50 Rs /MB and these bills are regarding DSL charges I made.

I again complained their senior and he had agreed on 4000/-.that i have to pay 4000/- only as an final adjustment.i agreed.They told me that they will send a bill of 4000/- and i have to give a cheque or cash of 4000/-.

But i was shocked that there is no bill of RS 4000/- at the end of the month ,next month i got Rs 30000/- bill and again i call to customer care then thay said that i have to pay 4000/- + 8000/(for this month).I asked abt this month bill wich was their fault.

and now they are saying me to pay Rs 13000/-.how can i pay this amount if there is not my fault.

Its very aurgent please take this as a serious problem they call me almost 3 times every day.I have got frusteted.
Please help me out of this problem.
