myself Mr. Shekhar Kadam, resident of Sangli. I work for HDFC Life Insurance Co. I had logged HDFC's Children's Plan Double Benefit plan from the co. on 30th Sept., 2011 where I am a policy holder. I got policy documents on 8th Oct., 2011. Now I want to withdraw my policy. But my Circle Manager is not allowing me to do so. He is saying that he needs approval from Regional Manager because I am an employee. He also said that how much time will the entire process take (like taking approval from RM & Circle Head will take approval form Zonal Manager). What shall I do in this case? Is my Circle Manager lying? Where should I complain against him? Please help me.
