I had called airtel broadband customer care to get new airtel broadband connection.So i got one call from customer care executive and told the procedure.Later that executive from airtel came and took Rs 600 as a registration amount and told that we will connect it as soon as possibe otherwise we will return back that amount if somehow connection is not possible.After somedays a technical person from airtel came and told that connection feasibility is not possible in your locality.But till then no response i got either from that person or from airtel customer care even after calling so many times to return back that amount as told earlier.This kind of extreme poor service is not expected from Airtel .It really degrades the reputation of Airtel.
