Hi, I am Intekhab Alam, living in Malwani Ram Krishna CHS LTD., Mhada, Mumbai - 400095. HP Gas Consumer # 636013 on the name of Mohd. Nasim. I have book Refill of HP Gas on 6th September 2011 and today is 9th Day of October 2011. But the Cylinder is not yet delivered. I have called on 28th of Sep'11 to the Land Line no. of Krishna Gas Agency for inquiry. They said there is shortage of cylinders and it is delayed about few days. They assured me to deliver on Monday 3rd Oct'11. Then I called again on 6th of Oct'11 for reason of delivery. They showed surprise about how it is not delivered and said to me that Refill Cylinder will be delivered on same day by evening. Today is 9th of October 2011 and Refill Cylinder is not delivered at my place. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Please reply. Intekhab Alam
