    Post Breaking the luggage in Kochin Airport and Delhi Airport

    Complaining about how our Indian airport staffs are looking after the luggage of a customer. Even two times within 8 months I faced breaking the suitcases. I just doubt that how much our airport authorities are care about the customer's baggage.

    First time in January I faced the bad dealing was in Kochin airport. My suitcase was very nice and well packed. But, they damaged and made my suitcase dirty completely and it was just like couldn't use that suitcase anymore for a travelling. I was travelling in the Goair from Delhi to Kochin after arriving in India from Guangzhou, China.

    Second time now faced is from Trivandrum - Delhi flight of Jet Airways (just yesterday one). My suitcase broken completely and the Delhi airport staff of Jet Airways refused to even rectify my bag or wrap my bag before my next international flight. This is our Indian airport services.

    I can surely tell that these days in Indian Airport staffs are much intelligent. They just want to steal the items from the bags. So, they just throw the luggage on the floor or trolley. I wish that this complaint can be see seriously to avoid a bad impression on our Indian airports, especially from foreigners. They truly hate the airport staffs (some of the airports). Wish that airport staff can take care of customer's items more with care and study what is customer care. Especially big companies like Jet Airway's staff are dealing the customer like this will just make the impression bad. Anyway, I know I can't get my suitcase back. But, this complaint can little bit make sure that careful with the airport staffs in dealing the baggage. They doing it on purpose or they just don't care customer's baggage. Airport Authority and Airways staff have to take care of it. Otherwise, why we have to pay this much money to a air company which even can't give care for our luggage or our personal assistance?

    I have been to Dehli airport once in 2003 and once in 2010 and both times my luggage was damaged and items were stolen from my suitcase,the airport staff did not care. The customer treatment at Dehli airport is disgusting and shameful and cannot believe that this allowed to happen. Lack of service that Dehli provide to travellers should not be allowed and only proves to the West are corrupt certain Indians are but especially at Dehli airport.
