Made numerous speed and access and unfair billing compaints. Frustrated, i told them to disconnect. I never received any sort of bill from Reliance for payment of the outstanding amount. I also agree, it would probably be my fault that since I didn't receive any bill, it was probably my duty to go to Reliance and ask for it.
The point to be noted here is that the service of Reliance has been utterly pathetic and of the lowest ever possible class, but when it comes to squeezing out money from customers, they are utterly first class.
