    Post register for DND but still getting promotional calls and sms.



    i am a videocon customer. i have ancountered with a problem thet i am reciving many promotional calls/sms daily.and my serviece provider deduct my money from my cell account my times.
    i am register for dnd serviece before 20/25 dats ago. But i am still getting sms/calls from videocon.
    please tell me how to claim......

    Unhappy registered in DND, yet recieving promotional sms

    Dear sir,
    I am shah nawaz, already registered for :Do Not Disturb", but i am receiving promotional sms regularly from various companies.
    what i should do??
