I have sent books by dtdc courier & cargo ltd., From bangalore to gaya vide consignment no. D07200517 on 27 september, 2011. This parcel contains books for exam preparations. Till today I.E.. 06 October, 2011 the parcel has not reached its destination.
I registered an online complaint on 03 october, 2011 and have not yet received any reply. I then called their telephone complaint no given on the receipt (080-33004444). The lady attending the phone was only able to say that the parcel is still in transit. Again called on helpline number 0n 06 October, 2011 no one is picking up.
As these books are required by my sister for her net/Gate preparations, it is causing her a lot of trouble as her valuable time is being lost.
