I am using Reliance NetConnect plus modem. I am from Tambaram,Chennai. The spped which they have promised in 3.1Mbps but the connection is very slow. Mostly it would be 5 or 6 kbps. The maximum speed i achieved is hardly 20kbps at times.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
