    Hello RCom Team,

    I had a NetConnect DataCard broadband connection 2 and half months ago at Bangalore.
    I had some billing dispute at that time for which I had raised compliant & email communication earlier details of which you can find in below mail trail. Pls go through with the below mail trail to get the complete understanding of the issue. Pls find various attachments for earlier email communication.

    I had already paid all the dues at that time which was agreed by the CC executive & me. So there no pending dues from my side. Even then my connection was not activated then & biiling was not corrected & I did not received any confirmation that my connection is activated or any bill is still due.

    Due to the project I had moved from Bangalore to Mumbai & right now I am in Mumbai. I was not at all using the internet from almost June 2011 & my connection was also not active. After so many days, today I received a call from Reliance no 09945112555 for the pending amount & she was threatning me to pay the dues otherwise they'll file civil suit against me. I dont understand which bill amount now I have to pay & why? I have not at all used the internet afterwards. My connection was disconnected & was not active. Despite of so many calls to CC & email communication problem did not got resolved completly. My first bill was wrongly calculated & amount was less then what I had to pay so the remaining amount also I paid. I have paid all the dues which they told me to pay. Now where I am wrong in my part for which RELIANCE is threatning me to file a Civil suit?

    This is not the only occurance from Reliance where there was problem I had Reliance CDMA mobile connection also there at bangalore & that time also Reliance has done fraud for which I lodged complaint to CC/Nodal officer/Consumer Court Forum but nothing happned till I was at Bangalore.

    Following are email communication I had recently with RCom team. My problem did not resolved till now instead I am still getting threat calls from Reliance. Pasting the email contents here as to make this forum in sync with email communication.

    Pls look into the issue.

    & to my utmost dissatisfaction my actual problem did not got resolved initially but later I got call from Reliance only & they told me that they have corrected the plan & according to the plan which I opted the first bill amount was also wrong & I have to pay more money & that's why I again paid Rs 328/- which is actually for the first bill & when I asked before paying is this the final amount I have to pay till now & they said Yes. Now how come the remaining bill is 1791? Even if you take full month amount it should be 750+Tax only.


    Moreover my connection was disconnected from your side & it was not at all active after 3-4 days of paying Rs328/- also & despite of asking for activation you did not activated it & henceforth I asked for disconnection. So there was problem from your side not from my side. Ideally you should pay back to me because of you I was out of Internet & I asked other people from my PG to give me internet connection which was kind of humiliation & you are asking me to pay the amount 1791/- for your faults. Is it justified?


    Despite of all these problem here in Mumbai also I took Reliance Mobile connection only & I think now I made one more mistake because I think Reliance is the ultimate unethical company & the Customer care & Billing department don't have any co-ordination. Either what ever a customer speaks with CC don't reach to Billing department or billing department is not at all worried for customer. This is not the only problem. If connection is disconnected for any reason say suppose over limit & even after instantly paying back the money it takes around 5-6 days to reactivated again & in this period customer could have called CC many times but they will give only assurance but nothing happened.


    For all these harassment do you think I still have to pay Rs 1791/- How?

    Pls check your CC for the complaints lodged by me & understand the root problem first.

    Paying Rs 1791/- is not a big deal but you will prove that Reliance is an Unethical company.

    As per the disscussion with the Agent through which I bought the Data Card & Reliance Plan, I have to pay Rs. 750 + Service tax only.
    I have already paid Rs 500 in advance & the remaining amount I'll be paying ASAP. The amount of Rs 1242.05 which you are telling is due is wrong hence pls correct it & if required you can talk to the agent from which I bought the data card.

    The wrong billing problem is done from Reliance side & hence I won't be responsible for paying the due amount mentioned. So the late payment should not be applied for that. If any late payment or any other charges will be applied or my connection will get disconnected then the resposnsbility will be for reliance only & I won't pay a single Rupee further & would prefer to terminate the service from Reliance.

    After so many days also I have not got any resolution of my problem. I did not got any confirmation from Reliance that my account is now closed or not or will I again get threatening calls from so called "Reliance Legal team"(as the caller was claiming).

    Unhappy Bill Issue

    Hello,I have purchased my reliance data card in July 2011. My monthly rental plan was 750, first month comes 591 pe rmonth. The next month when I check the bill it was with rental plan 950 and I got every day the calls from the customer care to clear the bill. I ask about the rental plan and they told that you are lucky customer because you are getting a discount of 200, and moreover the plan is still 950 but you are getting the discount. When I decided to change the plan on 14th October 2011 (my last bill date) the bill was 807 with the same rental plan of 950. The due date being 15th October 2011, so I submitted the documents required to change the plan from postpaid to prepaid. But today again the bill as shown on the website is still 807.Please help me in resolving the problem as I am not able to afford to pay the bill like this way.comment: I am using airtel since 2010 and the plan was still the same 649 and the bill is 715 per month and they are not overcharging any month. Then why reliance is doing this.
