I have purchased a Nokia phone model C7-00 (IMEI No. 356252043551917) in the month of April 2011 and after that the phone has starting trouble like hanging problem, network problem, speed dialing, restart etc. after these problems I send my phone through my elder brother to your nokia service center (star communications) situated at 488/5, Near Nanki Gurudwara, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95 on 27/08/2011 Jobsheet No.147433527/110827/61 regarding above mentioned problems after a long period of approx. 15days I received my phone on 10/09/2011. But this time my phone received was showing more faults which were not before. Again, I went to your service center and informed about the problem of charging (it was showing error – unplug the charger, not charging). Then they said that server is not working so you may come another day to submit the phone. So I came back and went next day for the same but the server was still not functioning when I forced them to received the same they gave me a manual job sheet No.926 dated 18/9/2011. After a week I went to receive my phone as committed to me the one person of the staff said that the phone has not been forwarded to the head quarter till now due to server problem you call us after one week before coming here. Finally I got my phone on 30/09/2011 with comments that the phone is “OK”. But when I check my phone at home to charge, the same problem was still persisting. So, It is requested, that kindly do the needfull at your end. I will be highly obliged.
