    Default ICICI Home loan harassment

    Applied for Home Loan in March 2011 for 48Lakhs, after the home loan guy wooed me away from SBI. First disbursement was supposed to be on 15th Sep. Today is 4th Oct, I do not have the money as yet. All documents provided and the people (Prem, Murali and Manoj) from ICICI home loan department are all crooks. They are saying that my money will be in my account today / tomorrow, since Sep 26th Sep. Greatness after that, I get EMI too deducted from my account for Sep. But where is the money! I have NOT got the loan as yet. Can somebody please guide me on how to take these crooks to the court?
