Default Balance is -591 due to a technical fault from vodafone's side

I'm writing this complaint with uttermost disappointing against vodafone's Bihar/Jharkhand customer care team for straight forwardly refusing to take my complaint for the following issue.I recharged my vodafone prepaid no. with Rs. 26 bonus card on 18/9/2011, which offers 600 MB data usage with a validity of seven days. But on checking the balance data usage and validity of netpack ( by sending DATAU to 144), the message i got in response showed me that my validity expires on 21/10/2011 03:55:01. I was surprised to see the extended date of validity it showed me, so i checked my data usage almost everyday since 18/9/2011 to see if the date had changed. But the reply still showed the same date of validity expiration. Assuming it to be a correct source , I kept on using the netpack with the knowledge that my validity will expire on the date 21st October. On 2nd October2011, on checking the balance of my account, I was shocked to see that I had a balance of -591 in my account even though i had significant data left in my account. On calling the customer care and reporting my issue, they blamed me for the issue. They said that my validity had expired on 25th September and the balance was negative due to the usage of internet service after the expiry of my netpack. According to them, I should have contacted the customer care at the time when i saw that i had got extra validity. And on my continous asking that, how am i responsible if vodafone gives me wrong information about the date of expiry due to a technical glitch, they simply said that they cannot take any complaint because its my fault. Now I ask you a question. Is a customer supposed to confirm little things like these that why am i getting extra validity for the netpack?? Is a customer responsible for a technical fault due to which the message he gets in response to data usage enquiry from voadfone's side show that the validity expires after the period it actually should. I want my issue to redressed as soon as possible so that i can resume using my vodafone services.Thanking youMohd SahilVodafone Prepaid No. 9534081381Bihar/Jharkhand CircleBalance before deduction: approximately 125Balance After deduction: -591Alternate Contact No. 9718551775
